The strategy is restraint: retain the key existing elements — kitchen layout, ceiling system, counter — to maximise the original structure and minimise unnecessary intervention. On that foundation, an industrial design language is integrated with custom, handcrafted decorative elements throughout.
The result reflects both the character of Thai cuisine and the architecture the restaurant inherited.
